Experience practices marrying mind, body, and breath to help you shed all of the doing and come into being. In her own practice and in her offerings, Jenny integrates vinyasa and yin yoga, pranayama, yoga nidra meditation, and mindfulness in order to feel better and live better. Work with Jenny one-on-one or in small groups, attend her public classes, or join her on retreat.

Public Classes

Mondays: 7:00p Yin Yoga (75 min) at Soul Yoga Downtown

Tuesdays: 12:00p Vinyasa (60 min) at Soul Yoga Five Forks

Wednesdays: 4:30p Power Vinyasa (60 min) at Soul Yoga Downtown

Private Sessions

No matter where you are in your yoga practice, Jenny will work with you to:

  • Improve balance, feel stronger and more flexible, and have a greater sense of ease and overall health in your body.

  • Cultivate a deeper sense of emotional well-being and resiliency, and feel better able to meet the changing circumstances of life.

  • Develop an adaptable yoga practice that can support you for a lifetime.

Sessions are available in-person or online for individuals, couples, and small groups.

ABOUT Jenny Clary

Jenny is a certified E-RYT 200 RYT 500 yoga instructor and a Level II iRest® Yoga Nidra Teacher-in-Training. She is a 200-hr. power yoga teacher training lead and has developed and facilitated a variety of workshops, special classes, and international yoga retreats.
