In her own practice and in her offerings, Jenny integrates vinyasa and yin yoga, pranayama, yoga nidra meditation, and mindfulness in order to feel better and live better. Work with Jenny one-on-one or in small groups, attend her public classes, or join her on retreat.

Mondays: 7:00p Yin Yoga (75 min) at Soul Yoga Downtown
Tuesdays: 12:00p Vinyasa (60 min) at Soul Yoga Five Forks
Wednesdays: 4:30p Power Vinyasa (60 min) at Soul Yoga Downtown
