One-on-One

Just like each day of your life is different, your yoga practice should adapt to meet your changing needs. Jenny will meet you where you are so that you come out of each session feeling lighter in body and mind, relaxed, at ease, and ready to meet whatever might be coming and going in life.

Jenny integrates vinyasa, yin yoga, pranayama (breath), and yoga nidra meditation practices to help her clients move towards their goals, and feel better and live better. Whether you are new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, Jenny can equip you with the skills to tailor your personal practice to support you through all of life’s changing circumstances.

 

Couples + Small Groups

Whether you’re looking for something you can do with your partner or getting ready for a big event, couples and small group sessions are a great way to connect, de-stress, and get positive energy flowing. Whether you want to get your body moving, or exercise the mind, sessions can be tailored to your groups unique needs and interests.

Workshops

Many studio classes are only 60 to 90 minutes and focus heavily on asana, or the physical postures of yoga. Specialized classes, series, and workshops allow the time and the focus to go deeper into the exploration of yoga philosophy and practice on and off the mat. A yoga retreat is an immersive experience that takes you out of your day-to-day to slow down, unwind, shift perspective, and come back to the power of your practice to heal, transform, and renew.
